Mr. Arikatla holds a Master of Technology Degree in Computer Aided Engineering from REC Warangal, India. Prior to Ajel Technologies Inc., Mr. Arikatla has been rendering his skills as a ERP Consultant to several reputed companies such as IBM Global Services, HUSCO International, PIPER Aircraft, BWD Automotive, Solar Turbines(a Caterpillar Company), Nortel Networks. Technically Mr. Arikatla has expertise in total Software Development Life Cycle including Project Planning, Business Analysis, Need Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of complex applications in Telecommunication, Semiconductor, Automotive, Aircraft and Financial Industries. His industry experience and his ability to conceptualize implementation of technology ensure the appropriate technical solution to a situation. Mr. Arikatla is the founder of Ajel Technologies, Inc. and is currently its President and CEO.

Mahender R Musuku
Director

Mahender has over 15 years experience in software development, marketing, operations and management in hi-tech companies. He has expertise in setting strategies, heading administration and overall operations. Mahender has experience in building and strengthen the operations of several business models. He has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.

Mahender is on the board of several for profit and non-profit corporations and thrives to serve the community. Mahender is a firm believer of using technology for the upliftment of humanity and society. Prior, Mahender headed the operations of Reptron, India, that was exclusive representative of ERSA, Germany and other Global Electronic product companies.

Joseph Sampath
Vice President – Business Development

Joseph Sampath holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Osmania University, India. He has 12+ years of experience in managing entire line of software offerings, global resourcing & recruitment in the information technology industry managing major accounts and large sales & delivery teams. Has rich experience in blending business and technology to deliver robust value to clients.

He is a visionary leader with a passion for driving top line growth and achieving bottom line results while attaining the highest degree of client satisfaction and actively involved in corporate strategy, operational excellence, business development, sales and marketing.

Has strong experience in Information Engineering, Business Strategy, Product Development in key industry verticals such as Healthcare, Retail, Transportation, Media & Entertainment.

Pavan Kumar Susarla

Pavan Kumar Susarla is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience in the technology and business services sector. His experiences include utilizing innovative technology to develop leading business models for the Human Capital Management and Consulting Services industry.
