Mr. Arikatla holds a Master of Technology Degree in Computer Aided Engineering from REC Warangal, India. Prior to Ajel Technologies Inc., Mr. Arikatla has been rendering his skills as a ERP Consultant to several reputed companies such as IBM Global Services, HUSCO International, PIPER Aircraft, BWD Automotive, Solar Turbines(a Caterpillar Company), Nortel Networks. Technically Mr. Arikatla has expertise in total Software Development Life Cycle including Project Planning, Business Analysis, Need Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of complex applications in Telecommunication, Semiconductor, Automotive, Aircraft and Financial Industries. His industry experience and his ability to conceptualize implementation of technology ensure the appropriate technical solution to a situation. Mr. Arikatla is the founder of Ajel Technologies, Inc. and is currently its President and CEO.

Director
He has 15 years of Experience in Software Industry and was involved in driving strategic goals for Ajel. His aggressive approach towards the goal of the organization brought the company on the threshold to success. He believes on innovations within the organization

Anthony Notte
Director of Business Development
Anthony has over eight years experience in the IT staffing industry working for well known companies such as Starpointe Solutions, Volt Information Sciences, RSI Inc and Resource Search Group. Throughout his career Anthony has managed recruiting teams and programs including accounts for AT&T, Munich Reinsurance America, UBS and State Street and has been a key player in helping organizations develop new and streamline existing policies, procedures and methodologies to ensure the highest level of services were offered. Anthony joined Ajel Technologies in 2007 and is currently driving our BDM department and working with our clients to ensure our clients needs are not only met but exceeded on a daily basis.

Mr. Paluvoi holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science. Prior to Ajel Technologies Inc., Mr. Paluvoi has been rendering his skills as a Consultant to several reputed companies such as AT&T, EMI Music Company, Honeywell, and Owens Corning. And also rich experience and expertise in Marketing, Sales and Technical Recruiting and Software Development Life Cycle.

Purna Kurre
VP - Operations
Mr. Kurre holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Kurre has over seventeen years of accumulated experience in diverse fields like engineering, pharmaceuticals, energy and computers. Prior to Ajel Technologies Inc., he worked for many reputed organizations like SOL, Suven Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, Volkswagen, Duke Energy and Williams Energy. Mr. Kurre has expertise in total Software Development Life Cycle including Project Planning, Business Analysis, Need Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of complex applications. In 2002, Mr. Purna joined Ajel Technologies, Inc., as a Vice President and is continuously making a significant contribution towards its growth.
